Associate Customer Fulfillment Analyst
Tasks
- Collaborate with inventory management on promotions prioritization
- Coordinate VAS and rework activities
- Coordinate order fulfillment by delivery dates and sales targets
- Develop analytical tools for automation and standardization
- Execute operational excellence and continuous improvement projects for supply chain
- Handle customer complaints with warehouse and customers
- Manage order to cash for assigned customer base
- Perform potential and error analyses
