Field Supervisor, Telecom Fulfillment
Tasks
- Assign CPE to technicians
- Assign and redistribute daily work
- Communicate workload and escalations
- Conduct daily KPI calls
- Cover routes when reassignment is not possible
- Ensure safety compliance
- Handle CPE deliveries and stocking
- Handle client escalations
- Manage client equipment tracking
- Mentor and develop technicians
- Monitor technician progress
- Onboard contractor crews
- Oversee daily installation operations
- Perform quality checks and coaching
- Review completed work and provide feedback
- Troubleshoot with technicians
- Validate jobs marked not done
- Verify technician readiness
