Consumer Data Analyst
Tasks
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to support business operations
- Attend daily stand ups to track progress and report blockers
- Coordinate with product managers analysts technical and business teams
- Create process documentation and QA dashboards
- Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and client expectations aligned with KPIs
- Identify and participate in initiatives to automate repetitive tasks
- Investigate anomalies and resolve data quality issues
- Maintain operational documentation and SOPs
- Monitor and validate data completeness accuracy consistency using BI tools and SQL
- Respond to client and internal queries with accurate timely feedback
