Automate manual spreadsheet based reporting into scalable solutions
Deliver daily weekly and monthly receivables reports and scorecards
Develop and enhance Tableau and Power BI dashboards
Develop operational reporting dashboards and performance analytics
Investigate anomalies and outliers and determine root causes
Maintain reporting documentation controls and procedures
Monitor and analyze receivables metrics and operational KPIs
Partner with finance collections cash applications payment solutions credit and other stakeholders
Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytics requests
Standardize KPI definitions reporting methodologies and business rules
Support month end quarter end and leadership review reporting
Translate operational data into actionable insights for finance and receivables leaders
Validate data across multiple systems and sources
