Director – AI Engineering
Tasks
- Build validate deploy machine learning models in production
- Contribute to whitepapers audits and regulatory submissions
- Define AI governance frameworks aligned with regulations
- Drive product roadmap execution
- Ensure handoff between product delivery and customer success teams
- Establish delivery best practices KPIs governance
- Establish model validation monitoring explainability bias mitigation auditability policies
- Gather customer feedback for roadmap priorities
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks
- Implement MLOps for model versioning CI CD monitoring drift detection
- Lead AI risk governance committees and approval boards
- Lead AI risk management and incident response
- Lead customer onboarding adoption and long term success
- Manage AI performance compliance and ethical escalations
- Oversee AI solution implementation integration validation
- Own end-to-end AI product delivery
- Partner with legal regulatory and quality teams for compliance
- Partner with product management for releases
- Represent company in industry forums regulatory discussions and workshops
- Translate AI concepts for stakeholders
