- Architect integration between AI agents and CRM and data platforms
- Define agentic workflow capabilities and feedback loops
- Define architecture level success measures for adoption and experience quality
- Define consumer layer architecture for reasoning orchestration and workflow execution
- Define end to end IT architecture for agentic field experience
- Define integration points with coaching role play and performance systems
- Design AI briefs and next action workflows
- Design connected field experience journey
- Develop integration patterns with Veeva Vault CRM and Databricks
- Embed security privacy compliance and responsible AI controls
- Ensure human oversight traceability explainability and access controls
- Establish architecture feedback loops with field users and ambassadors
- Establish patterns for structured explainable and actionable intelligence
- Lead build versus buy evaluations and technical assessments
- Maintain architecture decision records solution blueprints and interface contracts
- Own architecture decisions standards and technical direction
- Partner with CRM migration to support new capabilities workflows and data models
- Plan incremental releases pilots proofs of concept and scaled deployments
