Senior Manager, HRIS Product Management & People Analytics
Tasks
- Act as HR data steward for people data
- Configure and optimize HRIS modules
- Define HR analytics and reporting outcomes
- Drive adoption and usability of employee experience technology
- Ensure HR technology security and regulatory compliance
- Lead HR technology rollouts
- Manage HR system integrations
- Manage vendor relationships and software selection
- Own HRIS product strategy and roadmaps
- Partner with EDW governance and compliance teams
