Business Support Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze metrics to identify and resolve issues
- Automate troubleshooting with AI tools
- Build and deploy AI solutions with LLMs
- Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to implement fixes
- Communicate AI concepts to technical and business audiences
- Create technical documentation and guides
- Develop performance monitoring for integrations
- Drive end to end execution and stakeholder alignment
- Manage complex outage response independently
- Provide 24 7 oncall support via rotation
- Provide proactive and reactive partner engineering support
- Troubleshoot distributed systems and partner integrations
