Tasks
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams
- Define and enforce data engineering standards and best practices
- Ensure alignment with architecture policies security standards and development methodologies
- Evaluate new tools and technologies and lead proofs of concept
- Identify opportunities for system reuse simplification and continuous improvement
- Lead and develop data engineering team
- Manage project dependencies and downstream impacts
- Mentor engineers and support career development
- Oversee ETL design development data management and analytics delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders to define data solutions
- Plan estimate prioritize and coordinate data engineering initiatives
- Provide hands on technical guidance and coding support
- Resolve platform issues with internal teams and external vendors
