- Conduct needs assessments and strategic planning

- Guide client adoption through change management
- Lead end to end client engagement for AI deployments
- Manage cross functional deployment teams
- Manage deployment timelines scope KPIs and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder relationships as primary point of contact
- Oversee deployment lifecycle and post deployment support transition
