- Coordinate patient intake
- Coordinate submission of attestation sheets
- Greet patients and collect paperwork
- Initiate Comfort Care appointments
- Oversee membership reporting
- Prepare and mail new patient packets
- Prepare weekly clinic reports
- Provide customer service to patients by phone and in person
- Route incoming faxes
- Schedule appointments
- Track scheduling process and reschedule as needed
- Troubleshoot patient appointment issues
- Update patient demographic information
- Validate attestation sheets
- Verify patient eligibility
