Tasks
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Define and manage project roadmap milestones and deliverables
- Drive program implementation and adoption across entities and geographies
- Ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensure audit readiness and documentation traceability evidence controls
- Identify risks and drive mitigation and remediation
- Implement data classification and access eligibility controls
- Lead end to end data governance and compliance program delivery
- Maintain data governance processes data flow mapping use case documentation impact assessments and formal registers
- Manage change control mechanisms for data and storage locations
- Monitor progress using KPIs dashboard and risk tracking
- Oversee workstreams and align deliverables
- Structure and run program governance and steering committee
