Tasks
- Assign data product ownership
- Coordinate security for RBAC encryption logging monitoring
- Define multi year data AI roadmap
- Deliver executive and operational analytics
- Develop responsible and agentic AI capabilities
- Drive FinOps usage and cost optimization
- Embed compliance by design for data and AI
- Enable governed self service analytics
- Ensure regulated AI validation and review
- Govern AI safety and bias fairness
- Hire and develop data engineering data science and analytics teams
- Implement MLOps for production models
- Implement access controls
- Implement data catalog and lineage
- Implement data quality rules
- Integrate MES QMS LIMS ERP and lab systems
- Lead data AI analytics center of excellence
- Lead data science programs for quality supply chain and R&D
- Own bioinformatics analytics and pipelines
- Own enterprise data platform
- Partner with QA and CSV for risk based validation
- Prioritize and manage data AI use cases by value
