Senior Technical Support Engineer - Solar & Storage Power Conversion Systems
Tasks
- Communicate technical requirements to internal teams
- Conduct technical reviews and site visits
- Coordinate post commissioning technical resolution
- Document field findings and lessons learned
- Lead technical discussions for issue resolution
- Maintain records of technical issues and performance trends
- Manage and track fault reports to closure
- Monitor system performance trends
- Perform root cause analysis for field issues
- Produce technical documentation and reports
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Serve as senior technical point of contact
