Senior Manager, Business Analytics & Insights
Tasks
- Advance self service reporting for stakeholders
- Analyze forecast assumptions performance trends and variance drivers
- Build financial and commercial models for growth initiatives
- Contribute to cross functional strategic projects
- Define reporting standards and executive visualization practices
- Deliver business performance reviews
- Develop executive dashboards
- Develop forecasting reporting tools
- Develop launch dashboards and milestone tracking tools
- Ensure reporting analytics and business intelligence process excellence
- Identify risks opportunities trends and corrective actions
- Improve automation scalability and efficiency of reporting
- Improve forecast visibility and accuracy
- Lead business analytics and insights
- Maintain data consistency across CRM IQVIA Power BI and distributor reports
- Mentor analytics resources and support capability development
- Monitor market franchise brand and portfolio performance
- Own performance reporting and KPI tracking
- Partner with digital analytics teams to strengthen analytics infrastructure
- Quantify commercial opportunities and business cases
- Support S and OP discussions with analytics
- Support business planning and strategic decision making with data analysis
- Support forecasting and demand planning processes
- Support launch analytics and post launch performance management
- Track product uptake and market activation
