- Design and test high availability and business continuity plans
- Generate and analyze usage and system health reports
- Implement automation for repetitive administrative tasks
- Implement data governance practices
- Implement security protocols for data platforms
- Ingest and integrate data using ETL processes
- Maintain documentation for system configurations policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain data platform environments
- Manage user permissions and ensure data privacy compliance
- Monitor system performance and stability
- Oversee data platform server installation configuration and upgrades
- Provide 24 7 customer support via on call rotation
- Stay current on data platform technologies and features
- Troubleshoot data platform and Snowflake Databricks issues
