- Build and operate enterprise data platform
- Design and manage batch and real time data pipelines
- Drive data governance metadata management and data quality
- Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Implement CI CD infrastructure as code and containerization
- Lead data engineering strategy and delivery
- Lead hiring mentoring and career development for data teams
- Manage orchestration standards and engineering best practices
- Modernize data ecosystem and migrate legacy systems
- Oversee data ingestion storage processing and consumption
- Partner with analytics and business teams to enable data consumption
