Robotics Field Service Engineer
Tasks
- Coordinate field scheduling with customers and vendors
- Diagnose failures and restore robotic systems
- Document service work and root cause analysis
- Identify recurring failure patterns and escalate risks
- Log service activity in CMMS
- Maintain service documentation and follow up actions
- Monitor system performance remotely
- Operate with strict safety adherence including LOTO
- Participate in RCA sessions and audits
- Perform preventative corrective predictive maintenance
- Provide technical support to customer operators
- Respond to remote and onsite escalations
