Associate Deployment Strategist (AI/ML Product)
Tasks
- Configure test and release agent configurations
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and expectation setting
- Create and manage deployment plans timelines and risks
- Improve and scale onboarding and deployment processes
- Lead customer discovery and workflow design
- Manage scope changes escalations and go live support
- Own customer deployments from discovery to launch
- Run customer kickoffs milestone reviews and QBRs
- Translate business processes into AI agent workflows
- Validate assumptions with delivery engineers
