Tasks
- Build execution plans for technical roles and teams
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering for previews and upgrades
- Coordinate with Professional Services on engagement proposals
- Create technical point of view to accelerate use cases into production
- Drive onboarding enablement and go live for workloads
- Lead post sale technical account strategy execution plan
- Provide KPI reporting on usage adoption and customer health
- Resolve production go live technical issues and escalations
- Serve as accountable technical leader for customer use cases
