Deposit Account Servicing - Sup - Records and Records Fulfillment (Full-Time)
Tasks
- Administer reporting and department processes
- Analyze workflow trends and operational metrics
- Coach mentor and develop employees
- Communicate operational updates and process changes
- Conduct performance management and workforce planning
- Ensure records retention and regulatory compliance
- Establish operational controls and mitigate risk
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Lead records management and fulfillment operations
- Manage document imaging workflows
- Manage staffing scheduling payroll review and attendance
- Monitor service level agreements productivity and quality
- Oversee fulfillment requests for account services
- Prepare scan index QA store and retrieve records
- Support audits examinations and quality reviews
