Supplier/Production Planner (Teradyne Robotics, Wixom,MI)
Tasks
- Balance production capacity to meet demand
- Coordinate weekly output with S and OP
- Create production plans
- Execute MRP setup including items and routes
- Integrate planning processes into shop floor planning
- Maintain ERP production data cleanup
- Maintain MES production data cleanup
- Maintain clear-to-build and clear-to-ship checks
- Manage supplier communication for raw materials
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics
- Perform end-to-end production planning cycle
- Prepare inventory reports
- Resolve supply bottlenecks and delays
- Review reports and perform ad hoc analysis
- Schedule supplier deliveries
- Support smart manufacturing system as super user
- Track inventory levels and reconcile balances
