Account Manager, Embedded Security & Intelligence Programs (Hybrid)
Tasks
- Conduct employee check ins and mentor employees
- Coordinate security training with clients
- Develop security reports SOPs and guidelines
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve concerns
- Ensure compliance with policies regulations and legal requirements
- Facilitate communication between employees clients and internal teams
- Manage embedded security and intelligence staff
- Manage employee lifecycle onboarding to offboarding
- Oversee hiring timecards and performance evaluations
- Serve as primary relationship manager to clients
- Support program planning and business proposals
