Appointment Setter (SDR) – Patient Enrollment Team

- Build rapport with decision makers
- Conduct discovery conversations
- Confirm qualification criteria
- Contact outbound opportunities
- Coordinate with reschedulers QA sales closers and marketing
- Document interactions in CRM
- Explain consultation value
- Follow lead contact and follow up process
- Follow up with unbooked prospects
- Handle objections using approved language
- Improve performance using coaching feedback
- Maintain CRM pipeline stages and dispositions
- Participate in coaching role play and call reviews
- Request appointment commitment
- Resolve CRM QA and exception issues
- Respond to inbound leads
- Schedule qualified consultations
- Share lead quality insights and feedback
- Use closer calendars to prioritize opportunities
