Data Engineer
Tasks
- Build Python scripts for ETL and automation
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deliver work in Agile Scrum with Jira and GitLab
- Design and build data pipelines
- Develop dbt models and tests
- Improve pipeline performance and reduce technical debt
- Investigate data anomalies and ensure data quality
- Monitor pipeline health and triage failures
- Own production pipeline operations
- Participate in code reviews QA testing and releases
- Transform and model healthcare data
- Translate business requirements into technical implementations
- Write optimized SQL for transformations and troubleshooting
