Field System Engineer - Kansas City
Tasks
- Collaborate with sales and applications teams
- Complete service work orders and QA checklists
- Conduct upgrades and preventive maintenance
- Install instruments
- Maintain travel schedules and expense reports
- Manage spare parts and inventory
- Perform maintenance and repairs
- Provide customer training and support
- Support on call weekend and holiday coverage
- Support trade shows as needed
