IT Engineer
Tasks
- Back up and restore systems and data
- Coordinate support for fab production equipment and vendors
- Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network connectivity issues
- Execute IT offboarding procedures
- Manage IT incidents and service requests via Jira Service Management
- Manage IT inventory and order equipment
- Manage MFA enrollment resets and exceptions
- Manage patching and endpoint device management with WSUS Microsoft Intune and Jamf
- Plan and execute hardware refresh cycles
- Prepare and image laptops and workstations
- Provision and deprovision user accounts across identity systems and apps
- Respond to monitoring alerts and escalate appropriately
- Run IT onboarding sessions
- Support Windows and macOS endpoints
