Head of North American Embedded Payment Partnerships, Solutions Consulting and ICG Account Management
Tasks
- Accelerate partner onboarding and merchant activation
- Align integration patterns and developer experience with product and technology
- Conduct executive deal reviews with finance legal and risk
- Define and track KPIs for pipeline bookings attach rates activation retention revenue
- Define embedded payments partnership distribution strategy
- Drive partner segmentation prioritization coverage
- Ensure onboarding contracting and ongoing management meet regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate third party and payments risk
- Lead commercial and deal governance for pricing economics incentives contracts
- Lead technical product sales solution validation for payment deals
- Manage partner commercial relationships
- Own North America EPP revenue strategy
- Own partner sourced performance for existing and new customers
- Provide executive reporting and insights
- Translate client and partner requirements into approved implementable solutions
