- Build and lead data and analytics practice
- Coach product managers designers and engineers to make data informed decisions
- Conduct LTV churn and unit economics analysis
- Create data driven culture with clear storytelling
- Define analytics roles standards and career paths
- Define metrics for product areas
- Develop segmentation forecasting clustering and propensity modeling
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and usability
- Establish KPIs guardrails and leading indicators
- Guide portfolio decisions with scenario modeling and forecasting
- Hire develop and lead data analysts data scientists and experimentation specialists
- Instrument products for accurate measurement
- Lead user analytics customer analytics funnels cohorts and retention
- Make data foundational to product discovery and delivery
- Monitor evaluate and continuously improve machine learning models
- Operationalize experimentation with A B tests holdouts and causal inference
- Promote experimentation and analytics as routine product practices
