- Coach associates
- Document performance issues
- Escalate employee relations issues to HR
- Identify root causes of issues
- Maintain kitting accuracy
- Monitor output and accuracy metrics
- Partner with fulfillment leadership on throughput goals
- Perform quality checks
- Provide backup coverage for other operational areas
- Run kitting line day to day
- Sequence workstations
- Staff kitting line
- Train associates on kitting workflows
