Customer Fulfillment Manager
Tasks
- Act as single point of contact for service performance
- Build relationships with product management services engineering and tac
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders
- Confirm swift resolution of complex issues
- Coordinate cross functional teams for issue resolution
- Create and maintain program dashboards
- Drive new business using professional services offerings
- Manage technical resource request lifecycles
- Monitor progress to prevent workflow stagnation
- Partner with sales on customer requirements and case status
- Provide weekly monthly and quarterly status updates
- Respond to technical resource requests and escalations
- Set creation deadlines and track workload trends
