Tasks
- Analyze drivers of turnover and employee experience
- Analyze engagement retention internal mobility and promotion
- Analyze pay performance retention and promotion trends
- Analyze turnover retention and workforce movement
- Assess pay equity and market competitiveness
- Assess return on investment for learning and development
- Automate reporting and dashboards
- Build self service reporting capability
- Connect people data to business outcomes
- Develop compensation and reward analytics
- Develop predictive workforce insights
- Develop success metrics for talent programs
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance
- Establish people metric definitions and reporting standards
- Identify workforce risks and emerging trends
- Leverage exit interview data for root cause analysis
- Measure learning leadership and talent program effectiveness
- Own enterprise people reporting suite
- Own turnover retention and workforce stability reporting
- Perform statistical analysis on workforce data
- Produce workforce dashboards
- Report recruiting and workforce metrics
- Segment reporting by region role tenure and leader
- Support compensation review processes
- Translate analysis into actionable recommendations
