- Clear SIS error reports for database updates
- Collect and file required enrollment documentation
- Communicate school mission to families
- Coordinate paid digital advertising assets
- Coordinate with public relations agencies
- Create and order marketing materials
- Develop and monitor enrollment strategies
- Develop and update marketing plan
- Develop strategies to engage prospective families
- Ensure FERPA compliance
- Enter and audit data for accuracy
- Enter and verify student data in SIS
- Follow up with applicants via phone email text
- Gather testimonials and student stories
- Identify community partners
- Implement advocacy strategies
- Implement retention strategies
- Integrate systems using PowerSchool
- Maintain electronic and hard copy student records
- Maintain student records and attendance in SIS
- Manage CRM to track leads
- Manage application pipeline and seat offering
- Manage special populations data and Home Language Surveys
- Manage withdrawals and exit interviews
- Monitor withdrawal trends and report to leadership
- Plan and coordinate open houses and tours
- Prepare enrollment and registration reports
- Prepare local billing invoices
- Request and transmit student transcripts
- Review student records for accuracy and completeness
- Schedule and attend community outreach events
- Sync records between SIS and enrollment systems
