Student Recruitment & Enrollment Assistant
Tasks
- Build relationships with community organizations
- Conduct door to door canvassing
- Coordinate enrollment information sessions
- Distribute marketing materials
- Enter and manage family data in enrollment systems
- Execute street level outreach
- Generate weekly outreach and enrollment progress reports
- Guide families through application lottery and registration
- Lead community based recruitment strategies
- Maintain detailed lead and event records
- Perform phone banking and follow up
- Represent organization at community events
- Respond to inquiries by phone text and email
- Serve as point of contact for prospective families
- Support document collection for enrollment requirements
- Support open houses and enrollment events
- Track outreach contact attempts and conversion rates
