Enrollment Services Specialist I
Tasks
- Access verify analyze and enter student data in student information systems
- Act as case manager and follow up to ensure issue resolution
- Advise students and parents on payment and payment plan options
- Analyze and resolve student account billing charges and credits
- Analyze financial aid eligibility and apply federal methodology
- Collaborate with campus partners to resolve service issues
- Counsel and resolve student family faculty and staff inquiries
- Explain financial aid packaging guidelines eligibility and loan indebtedness
- Fulfill transcript requests with FERPA compliance
- Interpret and explain university registrar policies and procedures
- Interpret federal state and institutional policies and determine exceptions
- Maintain knowledge of financial aid registrar and student accounts policies and procedures
- Perform issue analysis and resolve registrar inquiries
- Process late fee waivers and transcripts overrides
- Provide student service support in person online and by phone
- Resolve financial aid problems revise aid and inform students
- Use student information technologies for service delivery and training
