Tasks
- Act as subject matter expert for competitive disciplines
- Coach team to influence customer decisions and secure technical wins
- Coordinate cross functional technical resources for customer engagements
- Develop and execute competitive strategy
- Develop partner ecosystem strategy and grow partner network
- Drive people management for team performance and growth
- Lead advanced sales methodologies for digital transformation solutions
- Orchestrate escalations and resolve complex technical blockers
- Oversee solution design proof of concept and pilots
