Enrollment Data and Operations Manager
Tasks
- Build queries and reports and export data to spreadsheets
- Capture survey data for applicant satisfaction
- Communicate new student information after response deadlines
- Coordinate enrollment and re enrollment aid renewal data
- Coordinate financial aid data transfer to enrollment contracts
- Create and run registration reports for admission events
- Deliver scheduled and ad hoc reports to leadership
- Design order and manage recruitment materials inventory
- Distribute applications to readers
- Ensure data integrity and document completeness
- Generate admission and enrollment letters forms lists and queries
- Maintain confidentiality of financial aid records
- Maintain financial aid records across systems
- Manage enrollment spreadsheets and financial aid award records
- Manage mass communications with approvals
- Manage prospect to applicant outreach and follow up
- Oversee enrollment record input
- Plan and execute admission events
- Prepare financial aid reporting for presentations
- Provide technical support for enrollment systems
- Review and update application process
- Track and communicate mid year and end of year withdrawals
- Track and manage admission budget
- Track and support application progress
- Track attrition and matriculation records
- Track financial aid completion rates and flag incomplete records
- Transfer enrollment and aid data between systems
- Update enrollment contracts in Blackbaud
- Update marketing materials
- Validate application completeness and financial aid status
