Operations Planning and Governance - Senior Manager - Operations Analytics and Enablement
Tasks
- Analyze trends and measure impact of process improvements
- Coach mentor and develop managers and team members
- Conduct change management business analysis and enablement
- Define requirements for analytics and workflow improvements
- Develop operational metrics and performance indicators
- Ensure adherence to data governance standards and internal controls
- Identify escalate and mitigate operational and data delivery risks
- Lead analytics and ServiceNow workflow development
- Lead process improvement automation and operational transformation
- Manage ServiceNow workflow delivery lifecycle and SLAs
- Manage proposal development and statement of work governance
- Oversee analytics reporting and dashboards
- Oversee workload balance capacity and team productivity
- Provide executive and governance forum reporting
- Provide quality assurance for dashboards reports and data models
- Support budgeting forecasting and staffing forecasts
- Translate strategy and roadmap into prioritized deliverables
