Order Fulfillment Manager
Tasks
- Collaborate on process improvements and automation initiatives
- Drive alignment between customer commits backlog health and shipment readiness
- Drive operational consistency and escalation discipline
- Establish operational cadence with contract manufacturers
- Identify operational risks before customer impact
- Improve fulfillment visibility across build status shortages and readiness
- Lead global order fulfillment execution
- Manage and mentor fulfillment team and deliver within SLAs
- Manage commit accountability and issue resolution
- Monitor fulfillment risks and shipment delays
- Partner with order management supply base management revops logistics finance and sales
- Prioritize customer order fulfillment activities
- Provide accurate order status communication and escalations
- Serve as escalation point for contract manufacturer issues
- Support executive escalations and provide operational updates
- Use dashboards and reporting to identify gaps and trends
