Tasks
- Conduct disciplinary action plans with approval
- Create marketing campaigns to generate sales opportunities
- Develop and monitor action plans for daily and monthly sales goals
- Ensure top-tier customer service
- Facilitate new hire sales training program
- Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services
- Hire employees with approval
- Increase knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Manage shift scheduling
- Observe sales reps selling process and teach best practices
- Pre screen job applicants and conduct interviews
- Prepare Wireless Specialist reviews with approval
