Senior/Staff Engineer, FE Labor Prod. & Data Engrg
Tasks
- Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting
- Drive use case intake value assessment feasibility and deployment planning
- Drive year over year labor productivity improvement
- Enable cross site knowledge sharing
- Integrate AI automation robotics and innovation initiatives into execution plan
- Lead end to end program delivery and governance
- Maintain and optimize loading based staffing model
- Manage pipelines of AI generative AI automation and low code solutions
- Monitor labor performance metrics and identify gaps
- Prioritize productivity opportunities using workload data
- Provide governance support for SEAL and SWAT initiatives
- Standardize tools methods and processes across sites
- Support development and execution of functional AI roadmaps
- Support workload forecasting productivity baselining and scenario modeling
- Translate data into actionable insights for decision-making
