Supervisor - Feed Ingredient Purchasing (Willmar, MN)
Tasks
- Communicate with supplier accounts receivable
- Ensure SOX compliance for vendor and tax payments
- Ensure accuracy of receipts and settlements
- Lead accounts payable team
- Maintain records per record retention program
- Maintain vendor files for lien notifications
- Oversee cross training of accounts payable clerks
- Resolve contract and application errors
- Support workload management
- Train feed mill staff on receiving ticket entry
