Supervisor of Logistics and Fulfillment
Tasks
- Coach mentor and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards
- Maintain patient records and delivery logs
- Maintain pharmacy logistics and shipping operational software knowledge
- Manage daily workflow schedules staffing and workload distribution
- Monitor shipment exceptions and implement corrective actions
- Optimize delivery routes and ensure driver training
- Oversee logistics transportation and fulfillment operations
- Report delivery performance and cost reduction metrics
- Resolve delivery and shipment issues
- Support pharmacy audits and documentation
- Track and coordinate delivery replacements and exceptions
