Director of Fulfillment Center Operations
Tasks
- Coordinate cross functional supply chain operations
- Ensure on time shipping execution
- Lead continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
- Manage safety quality delivery and cost metrics
- Mentor multi tier leadership teams
- Optimize facility throughput and SOPs
- Own fulfillment center P and L
- Partner with engineering for automation integration
- Plan labor for fluctuating inbound volumes
