Data & AI Senior Technical Delivery Manager
Tasks
- Apply DevOps practices for delivery
- Build delivery plans and governance rhythms
- Coach and develop team members and manage staffing plans
- Contribute to delivery playbooks accelerators and reusable frameworks
- Drive build vs buy decisions and manage technical debt
- Ensure data modeling pipeline orchestration governance security cost and production support patterns
- Identify and shape follow on opportunities and contribute to SOWs
- Lead change control and scope drift impact analysis
- Lead executive communications QBRs and KPI reviews
- Manage RAID logs and sprint cadences
- Manage blended onshore offshore delivery teams
- Manage escalation handling and recovery plans
- Oversee AI ML and GenAI workload delivery and model lifecycle evaluation
- Oversee documentation and environment hygiene
- Oversee solution design and modern data stack architecture
- Own end to end delivery for multi workstream data and AI programs
- Resolve technical and interpersonal blockers
- Run status reporting and steering committees
- Serve as primary day to day client point of contact
- Set delivery standards and enforce code review discipline
- Support pre sales solution shaping and risk assessment
- Translate business intent to technical delivery
