Tasks
- Analyze customer purchase path and behavior
- Analyze margin trends and unit economics
- Build and lead analytics function
- Build and maintain integrated financial model
- Build segmentation and profitability analyses
- Coach analytics team members
- Connect KPIs to financial model and planning cycle
- Create executive ready recommendations presentations
- Define and manage KPI definitions
- Define warehouse and reporting requirements
- Develop customer retention and churn analyses
- Enforce data quality practices
- Frame questions with cross functional leaders
- Guide predictive analytics and advanced modeling
- Improve self service reporting in Looker
- Lead long range and ad hoc analyses
- Monitor performance and identify trends and variances
- Partner with data engineering on data sources
- Prioritize analytics work by impact
- Quantify value of strategic initiatives
- Recommend actions to improve business outcomes
- Set analytics vision and roadmap
- Translate operational drivers into financial outcomes
