- Manage inventory discrepancies
- Manage omni team members
- Monitor SLA performance metrics
- Organize supplies replenishment
- Pack orders per SOP
- Perform OMNI functions
- Pick merchandise using pick list
- Print shipping labels and packing slips
- Process member orders
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Set goals and deadlines
- Train and coach team members
- Update merchandise locations
- Verify merchandise with RF scanner
