Tasks
- Assist with gym operations oversight
- Assist with staff scheduling and supervision
- Check members into system
- Conduct prospective member tours
- Facilitate member requests issues and questions
- Handle new member sign ups
- Maintain member welcoming atmosphere
- Manage front desk phone operations
- Order supplies within budget
- Oversee facility cleanliness and maintenance
- Oversee member service delivery
- Provide backup support to club manager
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff
- Resolve or escalate employee issues
- Track club statistics and reports
