Head of Field Engineering
Tasks
- Build and lead field engineering function
- Define field engineering vision operating model and roadmap
- Deploy and onboard applied AI solutions
- Develop repeatable technical demos playbooks and enablement materials
- Guide custom model training data preparation fine tuning and evaluation
- Lead solution architecture and proofs of concept
- Own technical customer engagement pre sales and post sales
- Partner with Sales on technical strategy and deal support
- Represent company in executive customer meetings
- Support production deployment and long term success
- Translate customer needs into product and research feedback
