Tasks
- Build data pipelines to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort
- Build processes for clean data creation at point of entry
- Define and enforce standards for parent child account relationships
- Deploy AI automation workflows for data cleansing matching and enrichment
- Ensure data readiness for territory carving segmentation and planning
- Establish SLAs QA processes and performance tracking
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and ownership models
- Implement technologies to enhance data operations
- Lead cross functional data programs with KPIs and milestones
- Lead global account hierarchy cleanup and reconstruction
- Manage offshore teams and vendors for data improvements
- Monitor data health and drive continuous improvement
- Own data quality strategy for Salesforce account hierarchies and contacts
- Own enrichment strategy using data providers
- Partner with Sales RevOps Marketing Ops and Finance to align data definitions
- Redesign Public Sector hierarchy
